3 Day Express Delivery

Please follow the below procedures to ensure proper delivery of your 3 DAY EXPRESS order:

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:
3 DAY EXPRESS must be noted on your purchase order.
ORDERS must be received by 12:00PM EST and will be shipped in 3 business days.
Orders received after 12:00PM EST will default to 3 DAY EXPRESS service on the following business day.

PURCHASE ORDER AND ARTWORK must be received by 12:00PM EST.

The art requirement is high-resolution vector art that has been created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an .eps file. PMS colour and number must be provided in email/artwork. Please provide contact name and phone number where you will be available in case of an immediate question.

Exact REPEAT orders must include previous purchase order or invoice number.

NO PAPER PROOF for 3 DAY EXPRESS service. Artwork will be imprinted as submitted. Maximum imprint size and default imprint location will be used. If a preproduction sample is required, your order will ship 3 business days after preproduction sample approval.

All orders will be imprinted with a ONE colour imprint in ONE standard imprint location ONLY with the exception of HUB metal pens which will be laser engraved in one standard location ONLY. Other decorating methods and higher quantities are available for standard delivery.

All orders requesting a paper proof, preproduction sample, above maximum quantities available on 3 DAY EXPRESS or any decorating methods not available on 3 DAY EXPRESS will automatically be changed to standard delivery. If a 3 DAY EXPRESS order is reversed back to regular service in order to do an email proof, a 3 DAY EXPRESS charge of $40.00(G) and a proof charge of $20.00(G) will be added for each item on your order. If a regular order is switched to a 3 DAY EXPRESS order, a 3 DAY EXPRESS charge of $40.00(G) and a proof charge of $20.00(G) will be added for each item on your order (if proof has already been done).

3 DAY EXPRESS service is subject to STOCK availability. In the event of a stock out you will be contacted with an alternate stock solution. Once a solution is agreed upon, your order will default to 3 DAY EXPRESS service on the next business day. Please confirm exact stock and colour availability prior to order placement to avoid stock out delays.

Orders will automatically ship by UPS unless otherwise indicated on your purchase order. If a carrier other than UPS is requested please note your order will be ready at 5pm, however, due to courier pick up time constraints we will only be able to ship the following business day. Pickups will be available at 5pm.

Orders are subject to credit approval.

3 Day Express Service rush delivery charge will be applied to each item on the purchase order. Multiple orders for the same item and imprint that exceed maximum quantities will not be accepted.

All orders are considered confirmed at the time they are placed. Cancellation of a confirmed order must be made in writing. Any cancellation after the receipt of an order may be subject to charges for any work-in-progress.
