Please follow the below procedures to ensure proper delivery of your NOW! SERVICE order:

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:
NOW! SERVICE must be noted on your purchase order.
Effective March 23rd, 2020 the new cut off time for receipt of orders is 12:00PM EST Monday-Friday until further notice and will be shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 12:00PM EST Monday-Friday will default to NOW! SERVICE on the following business day.

ARTWORK must be received by 12:00PM EST Monday-Friday.

The art requirement is high-resolution vector art that has been created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an .eps file. PMS colour and number must be provided in email/artwork. Orders submitted by the distributor with errors in text or image and printed will be billed as per catalogue pricing.

Exact REPEAT orders must include previous purchase order or invoice number.

NO PAPER PROOF for NOW! SERVICE. Artwork will be imprinted as submitted. Maximum imprint size and default imprint location will be used.

All orders requesting a paper proof, preproduction sample, above maximum quantities available on NOW! SERVICE or any decorating methods not available on NOW! SERVICE will automatically be changed to next applicable service: FAST FORWARD, 3 DAY EXPRESS or Standard Delivery. If a NOW! SERVICE order is reversed back to regular service in order to do an email proof, aNOW! SERVICE charge of $90.00(G) and a proof charge of $20.00(G) will be added for each item on your order. If a regular order is switched to a NOW! SERVICE order, a NOW! SERVICE charge of $90.00(G) and a proof charge of $20.00(G) will be added for each item on your order (if proof has already been done).

PAPER PROOF and preproduction samples assumed to be waived on NOW! SERVICE.

All orders will be imprinted with a ONE colour imprint in ONE standard imprint location ONLY. Please see product pages and click on the ‘Delivery’ tab for maximum quantities available for NOW! SERVICE. Other decorating methods and higher quantities are available for standard delivery.

NOW! SERVICE is subject to STOCK availability. In the event of a stock out you will be contacted with an alternate stock solution. Once a solution is agreed upon, your order will default to NOW! SERVICE on the next business day. Please confirm exact stock and colour availability prior to order placement to avoid stock out delays.

Order will ship by UPS. No other courier methods will be used. Pick ups not available for NOW! Service. Any other ship method indicated on purchase order will automatically change to UPS without further notification.

Orders are subject to credit approval. NOW! SERVICE is only available to ‘Net 30 day’ customers currently up to date within terms extended.

NOW! Service rush delivery charge will be applied to each item on the purchase order. Multiple orders for the same item and imprint that exceed maximum quantities will not be accepted.

Please note: The $90.00(G) NOW! Service charge is applicable to each item on your order.

Orders shipping from Canada to United States are not available for NOW! SERVICE and will automatically be changed to a 3 day rush service.

All orders are considered confirmed at the time they are placed. Cancellation of a confirmed order must be made in writing. Any cancellation after the receipt of an order may be subject to charges for any work-in-progress.
