The direct screen printing process involves placing the material under a mesh screen. By applying even pressure with a squeegee on the screen, your logo is imprinted onto the material surface. The screen printing process ensures your imprint looks its best on a wide variety of fabrics. This is the most common method of decoration. Black Non Woven bags may have decorating limitations for multi-colour logos. If your logo can be printed as a direct screen print and a transfer print is requested the following surcharges will apply: Under 500 pieces: $0.50 (E) OR Over 500 pcs: $0.35 (E)
Ink Change: All orders that require an ink colour change are subject to a charge of $35.00(E) per colour.


Transfer Print (TR)

A transfer is created in a very similar method to screen printing, however, the ink is applied to a sheet of transfer paper instead of directly onto the material. The transfer is then pressed onto the product using a combination of heat and pressure. This method allows for unlimited colour separations that always require an underlay. Many products utilize this process as it assists in decorating products with foam insulation or hard to screen print locations.Note: Additional colour/location run charges apply for transfer decorating method - please see chart above. If your logo exceeds the maximum listed transfer size, please add $0.50(E) run charge per imprint/design plus any applicable colour/location running and set up charges.

Affordable high definition four colour process decorating is now available. Inexpensive run charges combined with stunning high-resolution images makes this one of the industry's most sought-after decorating methods.
If you require an HD Ready in an additional location (if applicable), an additional location running charge (based on quantity-see pricing grid on this page) AND an HD Ready running charge are both applicable.

Debossing (DEB)
The process of debossing is offered on most of our leather, koskin, textura, EVA, and simulated leather lines only. A die is created of your logo and then pressed into the material creating an ‘impression’ of the logo. Debossing provides a subtle, yet higher perceived value on many products.
Please see below to calculate die charges based on the size of your logo. Die charge is extra. Set up is also no charge on exact repeat orders assuming previous purchase order or invoice number is provided. Note: Dies are stored in house for a period of two years. After two years a new die must be made and a new die charge will apply.
